REGISTRATION

Registration is needed on some of the services or features made available to users of this Site. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address sales@breathe-store.com. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

 

PURCHASE

In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and confirm they are both valid and correct and that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information provided. 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to find your payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site regardless whether the merchandise has been ordered; for removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; for refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

PAYMENT

We will process the purchase order if we have received the bank transfer in our bank account. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

 

DELIVERY

Breathe offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. The Products will be dispatched within three (3) days after we receive a payment confirmation. We use JNE/TIKI for delivery courier services, whereby delivery time is estimated according to the destination. When you place an order and finish the order process you are thereby fully and completely accepting the prices and product descriptions provided. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

 

PRICING

Prices shown on the Site are in Indonesian Rupiah inclusive of value added tax. They exclude delivery and shipping fees. 

 

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

1. Breathe is not responsible for risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE/TIKI delivers to the address.

2. Breathe does not take responsibility if JNE/TIKI cannot deliver the package in time due to an incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.  Please check your JNE/TIKI shipping code in the TRACK ORDER link at the bottom of the page and call JNE/TIKI customer service to resolve the delivery issue.

3. We only accept RETURN or REFUND for items with manufacturing mistakes.  Simply contact us by email: sales@breathe-store.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange for the return and exchange of the goods.    

4. Return shipping is on us if there is any mistake on the order. We will rectify the order, send you the correct items at our cost and reimburse your return shipping cost.

5. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange items due to size problems, so please refer to the SIZE GUIDE provided carefully.

 

PLEASE NOTE: GOODS RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND WITH MANUFACTURER'S AND STORE'S TAGS ATTACHED - NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN OTHERWISE.
